i am new to this forum and would like some information hoping some1 will be able to help.
i have sponsored a family memeber for a visit but it was rejected
, however i have a rite to appeal. the person i sponsored is married with a job but we did not give any evidence for that as i was funding the trip and thought all that info was not important as it will be a short visit. there were 3 things she got rejected on
1) she is not working and is not established in pakistan
2) she is lying about her marriage
3) her bank statment is not genuin
i have proof agiast all those reasons, i would like to know is it worth appealing and if i do appeal do i need a legal rep, or can i just write a letter and subbmitt new evidence.
