Thanks.

1. Accounts
2. Tax return CT600
3. Payslips and P60
4. dividend vouchers
5. VAT and company registration
6. Make sure to pay due corporation tax
7. Letter from accountant confirming unaudited account
8. VAT return
9. Business bank account statement
10. Personal bank account statement to confirm salary and dividends were paid in that account

I think that's it. This is just for financial requirement. You still will have to arrange other documents as well.

Also, have a look at the FM SE guidelines. I followed that to arrange these documents. If you still have any doubt then PM me.

All the best.

hello
I applied FLR(M) through premium service, however they needed an extra document (~Medium of Instruction letter). I posted the document in a week. Its been 3 weeks since i posted it and no update till now. I called the premium service center for an update and they said they said they cant provide any untill its over 8 weeks. I need to travel soon and all my passports are with them. Any idea what would be the turn around time in such cases? Just to avoid this tension i opted for a premium service and now very tensed on when i will receive my documents

Hello all,

Apologies if this is not quite the right place for this question, but I have searched the boards for an answer to my question and not found quite what I'm looking for.

My girlfriend is looking to apply for FLR(M) as I am a British Citizen and we have been living together for over 2 years now. We are planning on using the premium service. However, before submitting the application, we obviously want to make sure it is spot on.

I can't imagine we are alone in that a lot of our statements these days (in particular bank statements) are online. Does anyone have any experience they can share of whether a simple print out of an online statement is sufficient? I think my bank will be able to stamp the statements I print out but when I've asked for this previously, it has very much looked like a photocopy statement rather than an original. The guidance I've read is unclear either way if it is sufficient.

Also, if we manage to obtain an appointment at the start of the month e.g. January 6, but my bank statements only go to roughly the 25th of the month. If I get paid on the 28th is that going to be a problem as I won't have the immediate 6 months at the time of my appointment or is it at the time of the application being submitted?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Graeme,

I only just sent my application away with original bank statements but I too ran into some problems in regards to my pay date and the available statements. What I found was, my main bank Lloydsbank, only generate statements based on a number of transactions, if you hardly used the account, you would have to wait a long long time for an original statement to be generated. I got around this by putting in and out a number of phony transactions from my other Natwest account, this generated the statement for me and I was able to order it online and it took about a week to arrive.

Natwest on the other hand are able to provide original bank statement from X date to Y date if requested via their online chat system which was much easier.

I was told by both banks that it is possible to print out "original looking" statements online, I imagine if you print these in color they would look original, not sure what the difference would be but I decided not to risk it and just go with original statements.

go to the nerest branch and ask them to print and stamp the statement, they should be able to do it for free, but i know some banks charge

Hello,

I am looking to apply for my wife FLR(M). Just want to know whether we need some amount in the bank for consistent three months apart from providing evidence of earnings of £18600 per annum.

Thanks

Ok, I think we almost didn't make it, given that we forgot to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge and paid it 16 days after the deadline. (FYI as soon as you receive a letter saying you need to pay it, you have 10 days to do it. So we paid 26 days after that letter.) So we really thought we'd get rejected. But I got my BRP and all documents back on the 7th week. No delays on their part given their 8 week window.

As for the hotline where you can call to check your status, I called the morning of 17th Nov and they said NO DECISION. ONE HOUR LATER I GOT MY BRP. So it's useless.

Timelines are:

Application sent: 21st Sept
Biometric letter: 06th Oct
Biometric enrolled: 06th Oct
Letter saying that we have submitted an INVALID application because of an unmarked page and no IHS payment: 06th Oct
Mailed missing page: 06th Oct
Paid the Immigration Health Surcharge: 30th Oct
BRP received: 17th Nov
Other documents received: 17th Nov

My new status starts: 14th Nov

I am ecstatic for this. I hope people gain some hope after reading this. It ain't over!

I think there is another thread more relevant to your question. You only need to show in your bank statement the money that comes into your account. There is no need for a set amount to be in the bank account for a set period of time unless you want to show that you have £16K cash saving and if you want to go down that route I think.

Rang today and I've been told it is still processing. I see on here that others have applied on or after mine and received theirs. I wish they could give you some indication of where yours was in the pile or roughly when they anticipate looking at yours. I don't understand their system/order for processing.
