On UK Tier 1 Visa - Temporary Resident or Permanent Resident

Hi All,

My brother is applying visitor visa for UK. He is in Netherlands, so filling up online form. In the online form they are asking what is my status in UK. Options are -
1- British Citizen
2- EEA National
3- Permanent Resident
4- Temporary Resident

I am on UK Tier 1 General staying in UK for 4.5 Years. So am I correct in saying that I am "Temporary Resident".
