Premium Service Appointment Refund query

I booked an appointment for January 13th but because its more than 28 days before my wife's visa expiry I had to cancel and book a fresh appointment (The rescheduling system would not give me the date I needed otherwise would have rescheduled).

My question is; has anyone recently canceled as I just wante to know if you get the IHS refund as well as the visa application fee and appointment fee altogether in one payment? And how long did it take for you to get your refunds?

When (which date) did you cancel or try change the appointment?

It was booked for 13 jan but i canceled on the 1st of jan. Rescheduled to 11 feb. I understand refund is within 28 days but just wanted to know if ill get the IHS 500 back at the same time. Cheers
