Background

Applied in UK for a spouse visa April 2021, rejected, subsequently withdrew appeal and left voluntarily in July 2022 and reapplied fresh from Nepal. Currently waiting for decision.

Assuming we are eligible for refund of IHS from first application.

Found quite a few e-mail addresses on internet,no replies. Tried home office number and failed to get through or get a satisfactory answer. Currently in India as well making it more difficult to wait for 20-30 minutes on each phone call.
