i called AIT today they said that my payment's been cleared and i will get an aknowledgment letter with the deadline given to the ECM soon..call them on the number in this link i am sure u'll get an update too;

yea we emailed them couple of days ago they said they couldnt locate the my appeal that got me worried bt atleast i knw nw m on the system thanku:)

dnt worry, they do at times coz a different dept recvs the package, n a different dept updates it on the system... so basically, co-ordination problem...

Hi All,

I got married on 19th March and applied for the settlement visa on 12th April(documents dropped at VFS Hyderabad). Still says the same status as "Visa application under process at BHC".

Can anyone know how much more time will it take for a decision to be made. (I know its 12 weeks but i am hoping that it comes back in like 6 weeks

)...

Hi am deena, i got married in the month of dec 2012 and applied for a settlement dependant visa on 29th of feb 2012, and am still waiting,,so take heart it may take upto 3 months time

Any news yet? We still not heard anything our side..... I so wish I had applied in eary Feb as those who did heard back within 6-8 weeks. We are only 2-3 weeks away now from the 3 month mark. Also this Deena ladt has been waiting over 3 months right?

I wish I could get out to India to see my wife, but after 4 trips last year, paying for my own wedding, honeymoon etc finance is a little tight and what savings I do have in the bank I want to leave there in case I need it of course, but I just bough a A/C for my wife's family home incase I do decide to fly out at least I will have a/c lol.... Thinking about flying out next week, just gout my tourist visa renewed to be on safe side too.

Haven't heard anything from my end as well.

Even i was thinking of missing application in Feb as we were waiting for IELTS of my wife.

Thats true with finances, even im keeping the amount in bank as don't know if UKBA wants us to have the amount when we applied

Fingers crossed as well and hope you don't need to travel n ur spouse can join u here.

I have a feeling a massive bunch is going to go out one of these days, me and u waiting, that lady needed Deena on forum and a couple of others who are near our dates, and I know a few people outside of this forum who are also waiting, so guessing we all will hear news soon and a massive batch is sent everywhere....

Its so hot out there at moment and there was some big sale so told me wife to get it as she has my indian atm card with her. All good....

That's same reason why I'm holding onto cash just in case I have any problems so leave a balance and build on that's balance just in case.

i know it takes upto three months but there is no harm in being positively optimistic

No news yet,,status still the same,i did not contact BHC neither do i know the procedure to contact BHC,,so helpless,,loosing patience:-( do u know any ways to contact them?

I know how hard it is especially when you are newly married, I miss my wife too. I have seen a few people getting their visas in less than 6-7 weeks, this gives me hope that i might be one of them

No news yet..... I applied on 6th March from AHM, Gujarat. Still shows as under process. I was expecting to have heard buy now, looking at people who applied in Feb time, but still no word, and there are people who have applied before me that have not heard either.

I know a few people who have applied between 7 and 10 days before me and after me and no one has heard anything. I have a feeling that the Olympics is slowing it down and also I reckon that one of these days a massive batch is goign to leave BHC in Delhi or Mumbai and get sent out across to all the VFS centres looking at the UKBA page on facebook many people are waiting across the board, settlement, Visit visa, Student, Family Visit etc..... Any day now I reckon a big batch will go out.... I just hope they are not looking to deep into the people whoa re still waiting. Very worried about my VISA.... I have no reason to be, I earn a good salary, provided all the documents and so much more, but just a worry I guess till it comes.

Fingers crossed we all hear something very soon.

09/03/2012 - Under Process at BHC -
15/05/12 - "Your application is being sent to the application center. Please wait until it's ready for collection". (45 Working Days in total).

I hope it will be a good news but will know only when my niece collects on Thursday if the status changes to "Ready for collection".
Since it's delhi I expect it to change by tomorrow.

I will keep you guys posted. Pazpatel, Kelvian, Deena and all who are end of feb and beginning of march should hear by end of this week ( I hope).
Thanks and this forum is great. Again you guys will hear any updates from my side as soon as it changes.
I also feel that this week should be more active than last two weeks and am with Pazpatel on this.
