I applied for settlement visa application on 5th Sept, 2011 from VFS, New Delhi. Unfortunately, I was refused entry clearance and received a Refusal Notice on 4th Oct, 2011.

Hru? I needed some information regarding the letters (acknowledgement letter, call letter) you received during your appeal process. Did you receive the letters by normal post or through a private courier?

I recvd these acknowledgement letter and notice of hearing letter by normal post...
i never recvd my determination letter...my hubby in UK recvd my copy as well...lol
n i recvd my call letter via email

Status hasn't been changed.It got changed on Friday evening so hopefully
see some change on Monday. Will keep all of you updated.

Hi Lucy,

As you have said you received the letters through normal post, so I am assuming you didn't have to give your signature to the postman for receiving the letters, am I right? The reason I'm asking this question is because I am usually not at home because of my job.
