Spouse settlement visa - entry clearance/initial application

Application being prepared for ECO in Sheffield: 10.02.2017 (email update from sheffield and it was a shock as we thought VFS had scanned it and there was no need to send the documents as rule was for application after 30.01.2017..anyway sent the documents to sheffield and was received on 16.02.2017, luckily just a day before 20 working days!)
Application update: contacted ukvi from inside and outside uk on 3 occasions. on 21.03.2017 status update was told application is processed and decision made
Contacted with 'decision made': VFS called for collection of passport on 22.03.2017
Collection made: 23.03.17
Decision: Approved, with decision letter dated 19.03.2017 and visa stamped from 26.03.2017 to 26.04.2017

Processing time: 45 days. All the best, keep faith for all the genuine and honest applications!!
