I want to ask guys I lost my orignal nikaa nama
And I have a carbon copy.my nika took place in uk
As I didn't register my nikka in pakistan.i also have a English marriage certificate which was issued from uk marraige registration office can I only apply on dat English certificate or I still need a certificate from Pakistani Union council???

Hi

Can somebody please help me out here

I am employed as a a company director earning 7692 in salary from my limited company

I also earned 20000.00 in dividends from my company

Am i correct in saying this i will be putting 7692 in category A salaried employment and the 20000.00 dividends in cateogry F

When u go to collect even When ur not sure ..just dont give them that impression that u dont know ..just say ur here for collection ..show ur reciept..go in ..wait in line and go to the counter agree they serve u ..u give him ur reciept hé will look for it on his system If its there hé will give it to u ..

Yes it is possible for u to apply on that certificate..did u have a valid visa at the time When u got this nikkah registered.. pictures that u took at that time ..will do

Why didnt u apply From there ..could have been more easier ..

Yes it is possible for u to apply on that certificate..did u have a valid visa at the time When u got this nikkah registered.. pictures that u took at that time ..will do

I was over stay when I did nika and I did I apply twic but no luck.after that I register marrige and came back.when I came back I did the wedding ceremony and got photos and everything.

in that case ur uk registertion is not valid ..cuz u Were overstayed ..Unless ur spouse was à euorpean ..
so If u have done nikkah in Pakistan again then register that with the council ..i m sure u can Make another one as long as u got married here n u got photos ..everything legit ..contact ur molvi Who did ur nikkah ....how in the Hell did u loose ur nikkah nama ..there Are three copies of it .

Ukvi wont accept ur uk nikkah cuz u over stayed.

In sha Allah... Deffo, i even just checked the visa processing times, they've added 120 days percentage as well now, which is 21%...maybe that shows there was a substantial backlog and In sha Allah they are clearing it up with positive responses

Sorry to say this, but quite honestly, I can't mislead you. They will 100% refuse that straight away.
It's like handing in everything with a salary of £16k.

Get the correct amount in for 6 months immediately and then re-apply.

did u chek ur status befor reciving this 2 email or all is otomatic email.....like online verification or pre assisments done etc....

im in the same boat as you - no communication from them at all; even tho we paid for sms service what a joke.
