Did you actually include all documents?

Which ones were missing?

I missed a few too decided to reapply instead of appeal. One objection was the accountant one too. I included a print out from ACCA website to show his creditation :)
Yes i have included all the documents. How to find out if my accountant is ACCA? Have u heard anything from UKBA?

Thanks for letting me know, im really happy for you sister that your husbands appeal has been overturned and Inshallah he will be with you very soon. It also has now given me hope and the confidence to go ahead with the appeal as it was just a petty error by company accountant who paid 20 pence extra into my account and because of this its refused as wage slip should match with exact amount paid to me by bacs. I spoke to a immigration lawyer as well who also said its better to appeal as its a petty mistake and i will just need a letter from accountant and like you said letter from employer and myself explaining this mistake. As the lawyer also said if i reapply they look at full application again and could bring up something else. Once again thanks for letting me know[/quote]

Your welcome in sha Allah they should overturn the decision in Your case too I will remember you and the rest in my duas

Hey I was reading all the comments regarding the differences on a payslip and how much gets paid into the account and I double checked mine. In October I got paid about £20 less because I was off sick .. But my manages hand write it on the payslip '-10 hours' but still my payslip says a different amount and my cheque which was paid into my account is a different amount . Now this different didn't effevt the amount I earned that month as I am self employed as well and I earned more than £1550.. But I'm reading everybodies comments and I'm becoming 2 minded.

I havnt applied as yet as I am preparing for my application to submit in April/may

please please can someone tell me that would this effect my application and if it does what can I do about it so it doesn't cause a problem ?

Please and thank you x

Hi Roger,

Your application was given in December which is far too early for them to do anything with. They are still processing applications which were submitted in October, like my wife's which was done on 24th October in Karachi. I know it's frustrating but give it till March at least before you make enquiries.

All the best :)

To the people who appealed and had their case overturned before deadline - how long before deadline did you receive call letter? I have appealed and deadline is 9th March...
Applied in Islamabad: 03/07/12
Refused: 14/11/12
Appealed: 26/11/12
Court Date: 02/09/2013
Appeal Unsuccessful.
Re-applied in Islamabad: 20/01/2014
Refused: 15/09/14
Court Date: 09/05/2015
Appeal allowed.
Awaiting call letter.

Hi,

My wife's visa was granted on 6th August and she entered the UK on the 24th October 2014.

No problems at all.

Hope that helps :)
