I recieved 2 emails yesterday stating my application has been processed and concluded. And now i got one email that my docs r ready to b collected. Its this
"The processed visa application for GWF reference number - GWFxxx was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 1/23/2015 .
If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.

If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times."

i just receive one email file is processed with gwfxxxxxxx. and one email from VFS global. rest of the things i believe are stories. 2 emails 3 emails. 3 mints difference email. visa reference number etc bla bla
  • applied online 15/09/2014
    document submitted 25/09/2014
    document forwarded to islmabad 26/09/2014
    check status update 23/12/2014 under process
    check status update 09/01/2015 file processed
    email from bhc islamabad 15/01/2015 file processed
    email from VAC lahore 16/01/2015 to collect document
    Alhamdolila visa granted
So u just recieved the 1 email and your visa was granted right???
Just to clear things its just here and by Pakistani ppl that i heard u het 2 emails. Anyways i dont kno about 2 emails. But refernce number theory is correct. The ref num is ur visa num. so if u get a ref num. chances r your visa has been granted InshaAllah :)

Hi Roger,

Your application was given in December which is far too early for them to do anything with. They are still processing applications which were submitted in October, like my wife's which was done on 24th October in Karachi. I know it's frustrating but give it till March at least before you make enquiries.

All the best :)
Hi, I was wondering so will the same apply to me also?

Husbands documents were submitted on the 28th of November and they were received at Islamabad on the 1st of December .

Thank you.

Going by the general pattern in this thread most people are starting to hear within 3-4 months. So you should expect to hear within that timeframe too, around middle Of March

Now this different didn't effevt the amount I earned that month as I am self employed as well and I earned more than £1550.. But I'm reading everybodies comments and I'm becoming 2 minded.

I havnt applied as yet as I am preparing for my application to submit in April/may

please please can someone tell me that would this effect my application and if it does what can I do about it so it doesn't cause a problem ?

Please and thank you x
If there is a difference between your wage slip and what actually went into your account, I would strongly suggest you get a letter from your employer to explain the reason. I would also be asking them to write a letter confirming that the wage slip is genuine since it's been altered by hand. With regards to your self-employment activities, it is largely irrelevant since your applying on the basis of your employment income, which I'm assuming is over the threshold?

Yes you have to "escalate" your enquiry, only then do you get a sensible response by supplying the following information:

Full name of applicant(s):
Application number(s) (GWFxxxxxxxxx):
Date of birth of applicant(s):
Visa application centre reference number:
Date of application(s):
Place of application(s) ( City and Country ):
Type of Visa applied:
Nationality:
Passport Number(s):

I was hoping to apply with both jobs as both wages added together meet the threshold .. ? Self employed and part time employment
