Sorry to hear that Aminoacid, inshaAllah you will be successful in your review.

There seems to be a trend where if they reject the application, they keep it for a while longer and then return it after 12 weeks roughly, one of my friends wife's application got rejected, after he escalated it, they said it has been processed but had to wait another 3 weeks until he got the official processed email.

So its free haha..but to b honest I don't think he was aware himself LOL…i was busy with a newborn also and knew my dad would take the best advice..anyways Allah knows best..it must have been the way he wanted it..i most certainly believe its to test my sabre.. inshallah onwards and upwards...in the past year I'd say I'm ready to become a immigration lawyer myself haha
At least you found it amusing, even though it resulted in wasted fees, etc. :D

I have now found 52,000 messeges on facebook messenger, 50 pages of whatsup chat history back till Dec, Phone call logs, Skype calls since Feb, Hotel booking for wedding night stay, flight tickets to Karachi together, shopping from ebay, valentines card sent to Mrs on valentine day by company from UK Gifts, shopping in Pakistan which i paid by credit card Guess watch, Maria B & Generation dresses. Brothers passport copy as he attended the wedding, any other suggestions?

Apparently i have been told today that from 6th April onwards they have taken the right to appeal, so if i do not appeal i loose that right with re apply, although i am tad confident i will get it though!

Many thanks for all your help its been appereciated and much duas for all the people to join their spouses soon.

Update

I received an email from islamvisa on 13th april advising my app will be delayed as they need to complete further checks.

Thought today i would call to see how long the delay wil be they advised me that a decision has been made on the 14th (was pretty surprised)

I didnt receive any email from them saying they have made a decision but I wanted to check if this has happened to anyone else and how quickly should i get this email and then do i get a separate email to pick up docs

Plz advise

Did your dad ask the embassy in the UK or in Pakistan?

They give better responses when you escalate your enquiry.

I'll be doing the case myself because everyone I've spoken to has said you don't need a solicitor. If you speak to the right people and do your research you can do it yourself. This process is expensive enough as it is, I can't afford to waste money on someone that will do something I can do myself inshallah.

I haven't quite got all the docs together yet but this is a rough idea..

Cover/sponsor letter from me
Photos
Viber convos /facebook screenshot of the calls
Letter from my boss saying I'm in employment
Letter from parents saying we can live there rent free
Tenancy agreement cos we live in midland housing house
Estate agent letter showing size of rooms and proving there's enough space
6 month pay slips
P60
6 months bank statements
English Marriage cert
Nikah Nama
Hubby's passport
Copy of his shanati card

I think that's it?

If you have whatsapp convos then include them as well.
What about Council Tax statement?
Any bills? water, gas, telephone, electricity. You don't need to supply every single one, but maybe one or two on your name will be good. (I didn't supply any)
Are midlands housing houses council homes? If your parents aren't the owners of the house, then you'll need the owner's permission stating that you can live at the property with your husband. A letter from your dad alone could result in a refusal.
I also included my Marriage Registration Certificate. Maybe you should as well, if you haven't already.
If you knew your spouse prior to marriage, you should include evidence of communication, pics, tickets etc.

Did you tell the estate agent that you need the property inspection report for immigration purposes?

And yes, by doing your own research and applying yourself, you'll be saving a good amount of money.

If you require further help, feel free to ask. :)

Yes forgot about the tb test and English test, will be submitting those too with lots of photos.
No council tax or any bills as I live with my parents.

By marriage registration certificate do you mean the marriage certificate? Cos I have that.
I have included convos and such. Everything I have, I have included. I've not deliberately left anything out. It was an arranged marriage so just have pics after the engagement and convos dating from when we first started talking.

With the housing, it's a company house so would I still need a letter from them?

Saji79, did you get rejected because you didnt supply proof of contact before or after marriage?

In my case my marriage was arranged and I mentioned it on a letter, we supplied contact proofs, skype, viber, for after marriage not before marriage! but we did say it was arranged! I read on home office website that they acknowledge that in some cultures contact before marriage is not allowed!

PS. when you had the contact proofs, why didnt you supply them? If this is the only reason they gave you and you have proof for the period they were asking, then you should be able to win the appeal because you can prove them wrong.
