Is that what everyone uses then?

There is also a number that you call and pay the charge using credit or debit card is that what everyone uses aswell

Any updates anyone so far. A relative of mine has had a positive decisions and they had 10 week wait from ISB.

We applied on the 12th of March and haven't heard anything back yet either. Not sure if they are working in date order as it does not seem to be the case. Processing seems a little slow these days compared to last month.

Please make dua. I hope we all hear positive news soon

Hi guys, I am submitting documents for my wife in the next few weeks Inshallah but just wanted to provide an update on some information I have come across during the process.

I am divorced from my ex wife who was from Pakistan, via the UK Family Court. This unfortunately, is not accepted in Pakistan even though it has been stamped by the Foreign Commonwealth Office in the UK and the Pakistani Embassy in London also attested to say that they agree this is a valid document. The Union Council would not register my new marriage without what they referred to as a 'Talaaq Muasar Certificate' from the Union Council themselves. To cut a long story short, if you have a UK court divorce, you will need to file for divorce again in Pakistan and this takes 90 days.

Think that's the lot. This is the second time I am going through this process, last time was in 2011 when the visa was granted in 9 weeks. Looks to be taking a little longer at the moment.

Inshallah hoping all the people waiting have their visa's granted soon.

Hello Sean! Finally received one processed email today! No Call No Text now just waiting for call or text just praying alot.. I didnt call gerrys not even i have any contact no i was thinking to visit but now i have received the mail so will wait for two days to get msg or call from gerrys to collect the docs.

We got email at 11am Pakistan time then text at 4.30pm Pakistan time and then email same like text 10mins later

I applied Islamabad it says has been processed 22nd & I applied 4th Feb...as you applied from Karachi maybe your documents will be sent back to that embassy

timewarp, did you receive an email from BHC Islamabad confirming that they have received your application? if yes there is a link on that email telling you how to contact them. It is a form which needs to filled in with the GWF number date of birth etc

i just came in here to post this just got that email right now.

Our published service standards state that we will process all non-settlement applications within 15 working days and all settlement applications within 12 weeks. We are currently meeting our service standard commitments and there are no forecasted delays to our service.

If you asked for update and UKVI told you that decission has been made, it takes around 2 weeks from that point for your visa application to return to VAC for you to collect. This is how long it took in my case,

Hello guys.. hoping to get help through this forum...
I applied for Tier 2 (General) spouse visa on 13th of Jan 2014.... i received my passport on 7th Feb, my visa was rejected on the grounds of not showing a 90 days bank statement.. well which wasn't our fault.. it was the bank's (Barclays, UK)mistake, they provided us a bank statement of 87 days... we appealed against our decision as we were not even once contacted by the UKVI to resend the document or anything... our hearing was on 26th Nov, 2014. We won the case. The first tribunal gave the decision in our favor and gave 28 days to UKVI if they wanted to appeal against the decision or otherwise reimburse us the court fee. The fee was transferred to our account which apparently meant that the UKVI didn't have any objection with the decision. Now its been more than 4 months i havent heard from anyone. Complete silence. I have been emailing UKVI, British high Commission Islamabad... and God knows who... but i have not as yet got any update regarding the status of my application. After about 10 emails to "customer service @hmcts.gsi.gov.uk", the only reply ive got is that they can not assist me with my inquiry as my case is out of their jurisdiction and i need to contact the relevant embassy directly!
I am absolutely clueless!! i have no idea whats going on! anyone who has had a similar experience? or can any1 help me who i should contact? coz when i call the British High commission the automated telephone operator says the the BHC no longer deals with visa matters!!!
Its been 1year 4 months and i am still waiting!! more than 4 months ive won the appeal! why havent i heard from anyone?? any1 knows any number i can call to get an update??
