We have received the documents; they didnt send ack the financial requirement documents ie payslips, bank statements, employers letter and contract of employment, p60. I have emailed the home office regardng this and they replied saying they have escalated the query to the relevant department. I asked for an update today but i am still waiting.

Passport has also been collected with a letter stating refusals. It seems quite petty. the english test certificate had one letter mistake on it, this was explained on the aplication form, however, i think they did not take this into considertation. when applying i calledand emailed city and guilds but they were of no hep. Now they said they will help resolve this matter. Second objection was that they do not beieve i am currently employed as the company has ceased, however i am still a continious employee.

In my situation, i would like to appeal against this decision, however i am not sure which is best for me paper hearing or oral hearing. or even reapply? And is the paper hearing the review. can anyone please advise? Thank you :(
I have had mine refused as well, mine are small petty things too. It was refused because of husbands previous divorce papers, and they didn't believe I have a 2nd employment.

i'm not going to appeal as could take far too long, in shaa Allah i will be submiting a new application around end of Feb with only the one job, as I am earning the threshold. It is really stressful thing to be dealing with so i know how ur feeling.[/quote

Hi saira under what grounds did they refuse you on for your 2nd employment? I am also applying under two jobs as in my main job im just going to fall under 700 pound cuz of going on holidau il have to wait three months for that to clear.

So 2nd job was it with asian business?

Today I emailed UKVI about the status of my visa application in response I recieced an email which says 'yet to be assessed by an ECO'
as last week they said ' delayed whilst further are being conducted' I m so confused does it mean that my visa application will take longer or something else?

Important question thats got me worried, I've just realised that my whatsapp call history and Skype call logs that I've been screenshotting don't include the receivers number or name they just say the callers name, did anyone else have this problem and will it be a problem for me?

Hi, I hope is isn't because my whattsapp was the same just names and time and date then conversation, but I had around 60 a4 sheets that covered a period of a year, should not be a problem in my opinion as long as all other documents are in order

Salaam guys. I have just recieved through the post documents from Sheffield - I have checked the email of my wife, but she has not recieved anything, neither has she recieved any further calls.

I dont want to get too happy yet, but is this a good sign, we have recieved documents, I checked my bank account, and no refund has been given for IHS.

Your advice and experience will be most helpful

Hey QudratullahKader, just to let you know i receieved a delay email but then 2 days later i emailed again and this time it was "In Progress".

Not certain but i think the emails are just generic, i sent a request for one of them at 2AM and recieved a response at 4AM from someone called Andrew, i think it's automated to be honest, don't look too much into the emails and hopefully we'll get our case's accepted at the same time :)
