Passport has also been collected with a letter stating refusals. Not certain but i think the emails are just generic, i sent a request for one of them at 2AM and recieved a response at 4AM from someone called Andrew, i think it's automated to be honest, don't look too much into the emails and hopefully we'll get our case's accepted at the same time
