Spouse Visa Online Application Form Employment Form

I am filling online application form and confuse the below question ,

Section Passport and Travel Information:

Is this your first passport? Is this your first Passport?
Yes*
No

I select No.
She has four passport, but she left old passport to Saudi Arab,
I can get details of old passport, and fill online form.
Does it necessary to submit all passport to Gerry's Office, and only latest one.

Section Family Details :

Does your spouse / partner currently live with you?
Yes
No

She is not currently Live with me . I need to Select No. right
If I select No, Do i need to give my UK address or my wife Karachi Address.

and Sponsor Detail Section .

I put all my personal details.

Kindly please help me to fill online form correctly.

1. Only current valid passport must be submitted. You need to list other passports in the required section.

2. 'No'. You need to the address asked for, which is your address if you answer 'no'.

What is your current working status?
I said Unemployed
Is this for my wife employment not me ?

Please understand, we do not have access to the online form so cannot see what you are seeing. I am basing my answers on the old paper form.

If applying in Pakistan and she is Pakistan, then the answer is 'yes'.

Likely her employment status as it says 'Your' and not 'Your sponsor's'.

When I book my appointment form VFS Global website to create application .

I select the option

Application Type* : Overseas Citizenship
Category* : Overseas Citizenship.
Reference Number* : GW12323113

When i Submit application , they give me error message
Reference Number should start with 'UKN' followed by 8 digit number
how do i get the UKN reference, ?
UKN reference number i get after submit my online application.
Please help

It should be 'Settlement ->Settlement -> Wife for VAF4A spouse visa application.

The error message I am getting from Vfs Global website. so that's why i create different thread sorry.

It is unclear why you have selected 'overseas citizen' as the application type.

they give only two option:
The category option = Overseas Citizenship
HMPO Services.

Have you submitted the form online?

Was the appointment booking not at the end of that process?

The options you are being given don't appear relevant to a spouse visa.

What other options on any other screen before this one does it give you?

I am not submit the form yet , just complete the form.
I will submit tomorrow.

they give me IHS012122 reference number
How do I pay NHS Health Surcharge before submit application ?
Does it pay after submit application. ?

Probably at the end yes. I don't have experience and cannot see what you are seeing as I completed my journey years ago.
