Vanakkam Thant.Thant wrote:Hi Friends,
My spouse visa was refused in Myanmar due to the financial requirement. My partner is a British Citizen.
First, they said bank statements are not originals. We provided Halifax statements with stamp on.
Second, they need separate letters from employers. We provided the contract and offer letters. Also, letter from employer of previous job saying that my husband salary is increased.
Third, under category B, if there current job is less than 6 months. I understand in the requirement that we need to proof less than 6 months of pay slips from prior to the date of application and the rest months of previous job prior to the date of application. So what we proved was 4 months of current jobs before the applied date and 10 months of previous job. They need 12 months of previous jobs only.
My question is there is any other way to request them for review apart from appeal process.
I am afraid it will take very long for appeal process.
Thank you so much in advance.
Where did you apply?Thant wrote:Thanks, Vanakkam.
I think in the forum, he mentioned that he did Ombudsman judgements first to Natwest?
I would also like to know how I could find out the contact especially for ECM.
Try to contact the embassy. You can also email/call them using https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com. It is worth a try before going for an appeal/reapplication.Thant wrote:Hello, I applied in Myanmar. But I think they send my documents to Thailand.
