Tier 1 General route Dependant - Outside UK

Could you please assist with the questions below

Scenario: I'm a Tier 1 general visa holder route to ILR. I'm planning getting the ILR next month.
My family are outside the UK and I'm planning to apply for them as ILR/settlement visa holder.

Please based on the current changes:
1. Please what is the maintenance fund for 3 dependants? 1 adult and 2 kids
2. Does the kids needs to pay for NHS surcharge?
3. If they're applying outside the UK, what is the visa fees?
4. Please assist with the form and current guidance to follow.

Assuming you are applying for them AFTER you get ILR and for spouse/child settlement visa and not tier 1 general dependent.

1. There is no 'maintenance requirement'. You have to prove that you meet the financial requirement of £24,800 per annum.

2. Yes, the IHS is payable for ALL applicants @ £600 each

3. The fee is £1,195 each
