Upper Tribunal Appeal allowed

Post by joanfar » Wed Aug 27, 2014 2:29 pm

Hello all,

My appeal to the upper tribunal was allowed on the 27th of February this year. It's been 6 months since then and yet they've not contacted me about my documents and what to do next. I have phoned their contact centre many times to ask about the status and they said a case worker is handling it and i have to wait. We have also asked our MP for help and that was 2 months ago when they sent a letter to the HO asking about my documents back. It's putting too much stress on me and my husband as I cannot do anything without my documents including him applying for child tax credits.

Any advise would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Joanna
