my son was born in Brazil in 2013, I have IlR since 2007, he came to the UK in a visitors visa given at the airport which has now expired. I am so confused.... can I apply for British naturalisation for him or do I have to apply for ILR? does he really need a visa? thank u

What are the parents' Immigration status in the UK?

the mother got ILR. father used to live in the UK illegaly and left the UK in 2013.
