Dear Sir/ Madam
I will be completing my 10 years long residency. For the first 7 years I was on student and PSW visa and the last three years, I have been married to an eu national ad I have been exercising her treaty rights.
I have residence card document proving my legal stay and I can further prove that from last three years she has been employed and I derive my rights from her. We both have been employed and living together.

We have joint bank account
MObile phone bills not joint but separate
My wife's P60,doctors and dentist appoinment
My credit card statement.
3rd address
Joint bank statement
My Dvla license
My Dental council registration letter( I am dental professional and I received the communication from the NHS health board.)
My electoral register enrollment letter
My credit card statements and other not joint account statements
My wife's letter from gp
Letter from the dentist
