I want to know
1) Do I need to send my original BRP and Passport along with my wife FLR(M) ?
2) If I am sending application form 28 Sept, what should be earliest and latest cut off date for showing the income.?
3) similarly for proof of address what date should be the latest/earliest dates for bank statement or any other proof?

Thanks

M Faisal
Hello M Faisal,
To answer your questions;
1) Please send photocopies of BRP and Data pages of all your passports together with your wife's FLR M
2) Bank statement is normally not more than one months old b when sending your application. So I will suggest since you are sending your application on the 28th September. You bamk statements should be dated upto 25th of September.
3) Proof of address is normally the latest utility bills dated back upto 2yrs. So include proof from 2012 upto Sept..2014
Other members can add to my list if I have miss out on any items.
Hope this helps

Hello all,
First of all, Congratulations to all those who've get their ILR.
For those applicants who've applied in April/May and who are still waiting (including myself), I've just found the following article. EMDQ has been cleared from Home Office, but not those who've passed the English test through Learn Pass Succeed

Guys I just wanted to share some good news. This morning I received my approval letter plus BRP through the post. Can't explain the feelings I am going through. My time line is
Applied 18/06/2014
Biometric 30/06/2014
Approval date 18/09/2014
Documents plus BRP 22/09/2014

One problem though the approval letter says my passport and supporting documents are attached but went through the whole pack and 3 passports I submitted are missing. Called up home office and lady told me to request the return of documents by filling a form on gov.uk website. She said on her system it says all documents returned so it may have gone missing in post. But until I get a reply for my request to return documents I am not sure what else to do. My wife's visa is running out on this Friday and although I have my BRP but I believe I need to send copies of all my passports. Has anyone else experienced this missing passports before or can advice on how to approach flrM???

Entire board is in jubilation after listening the good news of frequent ILR approvals. But the most noticeable point here is that the processing stretched to 3 months which is really a revolution. I wish all the best to ILR warriors who may succeed within same time frame. Ameen
@s.shahkram:
Your last post containing success news along with immigration historical facts was very elaborative and encouraging for entire board's members.

Salam bro ,

i think your barrister is right that you can lodge new app( with your dependent as well if their stay is also expired ) with in 28 days in other category and with draw that app on 30.09/2014 and simply apply set(lr) for yourself and flr(m) for your wife and your children don't need to vary app i guess , as they born here ..

Strongly advised :- you will be okay if you directly apply for set(lr) on 30.09.2014 b/c as you got court decision on 15.09.2014 you are still under 28 days ..but don't lodge your SET(LR) app before 30.09.2014 but as if i were you ..i would not take any chance ..

Don't get confused , i did a pvt message to you as well , kindly read it ..

Best of luck

Congratulations rwhizza,
Well deserved freedom. I would advise you to post your wife's FLR M application together with photocopies of your approval letter and BRP with a cover letter explaining that your passport was not included when they "HO" returned your documents and that you have already requested for it from HO, if possible include evidence of your passport request from HO as well. Just to make sure that the (the case worker) understand the reason why your passport photocopies were not included.

Hope this helps. :wink:

I've been thinking exactly the same. But then one part of me tells me better to wait a little bit longer. I might give them a call tomoro to see what's what.

by the way did you get an email from them and if so, when did you get it?

great news to start the week :lol:
Hi Tanzeela and field drive,
I would suggest to give it another week, if not than you should be alarmed and call Home Office. Now is your time to stay focused, I can understand its very frustrating if you look at the time line and look at other members who applied after you getting their biometric invitations and both of you are still sitting waiting, but frankly it is not an extra ordinary delay that you should be alarmed about, especially if you have received your acknowledgement letters. I hope you get to hear about your biometric invitation very soon. My prayers and best wishes be with you.
Kind regards
Shahjee
