Do you not think it would be appropriate to give a full account of your immigration history if you are expecting meaningful comment and analysis of your case? 14 year LR is closed so without know when you applied, and with what evidence, and whether or not the clock had been stopped by the issue of a removal notice etc. it's not possible to help you further.

Thanks very much for the reply I am new here don't know how to use it and was not sure if any one will reply.

But many thanks for your response.

MY CASE:

Applied for 14 years before 9 July 2012 on the basis of 14 years stay.
I am doing my case myself through my family and friends help.
I have my hearing date in August and been to hearing on 3.09.13.
I am living with my partner and she is expecting in November 13 and she was with me in my hearing.
Judge was not in a good mood at all.
After the hearing I received letter last week from her about the dismissal of my appeal.
I have only 5 day to get the right for Upper Tribunal court.

Did you supply evidence that you were in the UK 14 years?

Now I am searching for more grounds to get a right for Upper tribunal appeal.

I am not happy from the Judge and not agree with her decision.

In my Court Hearing which was on 3.09.13.

She was continuously calling me liar and was very rude.

I was very dishearten from her behaviour.

You still have not cited the precise reason for the original refusal or the appeal decision. Therefore, we don't know the nature of the problem and cannot make suggestions on how to rectify that. I wonder if you are wasting your time on this forum?
