Applying for ILR as a spouse

Hi,

I have a question to ask about applying for settlement as a spouse.

I had obtained entry clearance as a dependent on 31 Jan, 2011. My husband got his settlement on 8th November, 2011 and I had to apply for extension (FLR(M)) which was granted on 5th Dec, 2011 as I had not completed 2 years to apply for settlement then. Am I eligible to apply for settlement now?
