applying for ILR for spouse

Post by was794 » Tue Sep 13, 2011 10:54 am

Hi.
I will be applying for ILR for my wife.
She was givn a 2 year spouse visa cam to the UK on the 25/11/09 so will be sending the application next month hopefully.
Can anybody give me advice as to what needs to be included.
Also my wages cone into my bank account and come straight out not really got much savings to be honest - will this affect the outcome?

It will be your wife that is applying rather than you. You should have look at the requirements indicated on the SET(M) application form (and perhaps long before now) as it asks that you need to provide a spread of documents from the two years of her residence.

The SET(M) form explains what needs to be included.

Searching the forum for information already available will also help.
