BRP delivery for 22nd Feb 2015 Approval

Hi Guys...

Our ILR was approved at Croydon office on 22nd Feb 2015. Still waiting for cards. Did anyone get their BRP cards delivered who got the approval around 22nd feb 2015.

Mine was done on 17th Feb 2015 at Croydon and still waiting for my BRP card

I applied through the Croydon PEO on the 17/02/2015 and am still waiting for my BRP. Emailed the home office yesterday and have receieved a response today saying:

We have experienced a high demand for Biometric Residence Permits which has resulted in some delays in the production and delivery.

The BRPs will be delivered within the next 3-7 working days. Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. Please note that on delivery the courier will require proof of identity (such as passport, driving licence or bank card) and a signature to confirm receipt of the package. If the BRPs have not been received within 10 working days, please re-contact us and we will investigate.

The leave to remain is in no way affected by this delay. We advise travel arrangements should not be made until after the BRPs have been received.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I've also called DX and they have no packages for me...

I am calling DX almost everyday... this means it is going to be delayed even further. Gutted... i have a important business travel on 11th. Have to cancel it now

I have applied on 26-Feb and expecting BRP this week.

Can I please ask how do you know DX is the courier? And if I call them what infor they need? only my post code?
