County Court Judgement and ILR

Hello,

Does County Court Judgement have any impact on ILR application? I got an accident in Sep 2011 and my insurance company gone in county court against injury claim. In August 2012 I got copy of the letter from county court in which court ordered my insurance company to pay 2500 pounds as injury claim.

Does this decision have any impact on my ILR which is due in June 2014. This CCJ is against me or my insurance company, I am confused?


Plz reply if any one have the idea.

I think it is the insurance company that the judgement was made against. However, you could state it and it shouldn't have any bearing whatsoever.
