Dependant ILR Query

Hi All,

I am on Tier 1 (G ) applying for ILR, I have 2 dependants, wife and kid, and they are eligible for ILR too

my query is should they apply sametime along with me

I am planning to apply for me first on same day and then apply for dependants later via post.

How much Visa validity is left for your dependent?

You mentioned that you are applying using premium service (in person). I will recommend that if sufficient time is left for dependent application - then apply for theirs by post - assuming that you don't have any plans to travel in the next 6 months.

There is no requirement that they must apply at the same time as you. They can apply anytime before their visas expire.
