Domestic Violence

Post by abhz639 » Sun Nov 23, 2014 2:42 pm

Hi,

I am in UK on a spouse visa and my husband regularly beats me. I want to leave him for a few months, so he realizes that he is wrong. But I don't want to risk losing my dependent spouse visa. I know there is a Domestic Violence ILR route, but I don't want to get him arrested, because I think we still have a chance. How can I make use of the Domestic Violence route, without going to the police, as this route requires evidence? Please help! It's urgent. Thanks

Having perused your other posts I suggest you need a nut doctor, soon.

You're not on a spouse visa and neither I nor any of the other moderators have time to lock your ludicrous posts. You've already been given a 'ban warning', so this is the end.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
