I wonder if you could help me, van my dependent spouse's driving covictions have any affect on my ILR application bases on HSMP JR?

It should not.. if you are appliyng on the basis of HSMP JR.. Just make sure you declare it on the conviction section for your dependent..

As long as you declare it, should be fine.

As pointed out it shouldnt affect YOUR application, cant say for sure about your dependent spouse though (might depend on the offence it at all it aaffects him).

Again make sure you declare it on the form, question 7.1, because if you dont then should they find out, which i am sure they will, then it will most likely affect you
