FINAL DOCS CHECK SET O ILR

Hello Respected members,

I will be applying for my ILR with my wife as dependent. I will be taking below documents to support my application. Can you please check if I am missing any document. I am on Tier 1 General visa employed by UK company.

*Payment sheet & Appointment confirmation
*Complete Set O form
*Passport & BRP (Main applicant & dependent)
* Two photographs each Main Applicant & Dependent
*12 Months Bank Statements (Main Applicant)
*12 Months Pay Slips
*Life in the UK test certificate for both Main applicant & Dependent
*B1 English test certificate from Trinity of dependent
*Letter from employer regarding absence and annual leave
*Cohabitation Documents (Marriage Certificate, various Utility Bills, bank Statements, Council tax covering last two years)
*Letter of Absence explaining personal trips
*PBS calculator self assessment copy
PHOTOCOPIES of the above docs

Extra documents I am carrying
*last 5 years P60
*Master's degree
*Previous extension documents.

Kindly check if I am missing any document.

Looks good.

What are you providing for finances? a savings account and mortgage documents will be enough.

Provide all p60(not required but makes your case strong) and your original degree as Language proof.

With regards to finances, I am not providing any specific docs.

I am submitting mortgage statement, joint bank statements, spouse statements as part of cohabitation proof.

Do we need to provide any docs for finance?

There is no hard and fast rule on section 5 (Finances)

But it is good to demonstrate that you are capable of looking after yourself and family.
Savings account, mortgage, salary slips or current account (with reasonable funds) will be enough to prove your finances.

Yes I will be submitting the above docs as part of cohab docs.

Can not think of anything else you can submit additionally, I submitted almost same set on documents on 26-feb resulting a successful application.

My date is on 9th March 15, i am on Tier 2 ICT. All my docs are ready. Could please check if this is enough?

1.Filled form Set(O)
2. SoC Code Check: 2139- limit is £27000 and my annual salary is above it.
3. Employer Letter- highlights my date of arrival, annual salary, soc code as mentioned in 2., leaves outside UK all approved and highlights they were paid and mentions i am still required in UK
5.12 salary slip stamped by employer
6. 12 bank statements
7. HMRC employee history and also have 4 years p60/p45
8. Degree certificate. I also have IELTS certificate which i cleared on apr-2013 still valid
9. 2 photos
10. I also have some utility bills
11. Also have all tickets for travel out of UK
12. life in Uk pass letter.

Do we need to show proof for "Evidence of fund" - as there is a section in SET (O)
Please let me know if we need to simply tick those boxes and submit last 3 months savings account statements.

I am referring to - SET (O) Document Page 61 under heading "Your Finances".
Since I am full time permanent employee, I support myself and my family with the salary I earn. In this case, do I need to show last 3 months savings statement as per Note 5?

yes, we have to show 3 months bank statements as evidence of finances.

I will show 3 months savings statements along with that I need to show current account statements for the salary credit (proof of previous earnings)
Is there any minimum amount I need to maintain for the last 3 months? I am applying for myself and 2 dependents

I believe there is no minimum amount specified by UKBA.

If you are applying on your own then its fine and with dependents you need co-habitation documents and proof of English.

Please remember to take your Passport, BRP, payment sheet and appointment letter.
