FLR(FP) fee refund after SER (LR)

Hi All
Thanks for ur sincere support during my ILR process.
Anyone have idea that how long they will take to refund FLR-FP application fee as well as IHS fee? Do I need to make them a request or it will automatically be refunded?
If I need to make refund request then what would be the process.
My ILR approved on 15 Sep 2016 and still waiting for refund.
