Hi!
I have been following this forum for a long time. But this is my first post.currently i got ILR on ten years route,my wife who came to uk as a Tire 1 general dependent in feb 2012 and her visa will expire in feb 2015 .we have a son who born in UK ,and I applied for his
MN1 few months ago. I am planing to apply for my wife's visa in jan 2015 .Few things that, I like to clarify from senior members are as follows
1. do i need to apply FLR(M) ?
2.does she qualify for SET(M) ?
3.what the financial requirement for me £18600 or £22400(my son is not gonna apply as inshaallah he will be British by than )
4.I am currently claiming child benefit and planning to apply for child tax credit and working tax credit does it gonna affect my wife
application?

It will be a great help if any one please reply my post, thanks .

Your wife Will need to wait for 5 years as you applied under Long residence.

You will need to meet 18600 requirement.
