Help in Applying for ILR under 10 years long residnce

Hi everyone,
I want to apply for my ILR under 10 year’s long residence as I planned to apply 20 days before to my 10 years completion.
I am planning to submit the below documents
- All passports held during 10 years
- Life in the UK test AND English cert i.e. Degree taught in English
- 6 months bank statement
- Last 12 months payslip and last 5 years P60
- My current bio-metric residence permit
- Property own in UK document

are the above documents ok ? or I am missing any thing ?

Can anyone please answer to my below questions

1. I was on holidays continuously (at a time i.e. single visit) for 174 days do you think I am safe to apply for ILR under 10 years rule?
My total holidays in 10 years period are sum to 225 days only.

2. Do you know any rough idea how long UKBA will take to decide this application ?

3. If anyone has recently apply for ILR under 10 years long residence can you please tell how long it took to grant this ILR ?

4. Do I need to enrol biometric at post-office during posting of this set(LR) application to UKBA or something UKBA will send me the letter after receiving my set(LR) application to enrol for biometric ?

Please help and advice for this application

Once you submit your set LR application, you will be sent biometric invitation letter which then you can take it to participating post office and enrol your biometrics.
