HMRC SA Late filling penalty - SET O form query

Hi All,

I have recevied HMRC late filling penalty letter in may 2015 , however I have sent appeal and penalty have been waived off.

Im applying for ILR , Dd i need to mention this in the form under civic penaltes ? Please advise

This doesn't come under Civic Penalties.
