How long does it take to have an ILR?

My wife has recently acquired an pbs dependent Leave to Remain ,valid till 2016.I have An ILR.
I need to know how long she has to wait for An ILR?
Thankyou would be really greatful if my query is solved.

She was pbs tier 1 dependent Her visa was received in May
2013 but she arrived here in September 2013 then in January tier 1 was about to expire so she got a pbs dependent leave to remain till 2016.
She will be completing one year as a dependent in September probably then..

She needs 5 years as a PBS dep before being eligible for settlement.
