Hello
When your ILR 10 years application has been rejected because of gaps and you appeal. How long will the whole process take from the time you send your appeal application to a court hearing?
thank you :)

Hi,
I have seen your post and was wondering which gaps do you have on your 10yrs...
I also have a period of 2years and 7 months when my passport stayed at the Home Office processing and i had to ask my passport back to apply for IGS from my country when i graduated, because they didn't make a decision on my case...
So i went to my country and came back with the IGS visa but still have no stamp on my passport for that period of time. I have payslips and P60's and certificates of studies, bank statements to proof that i was in the country and it wasn't my fault they kept my passport so long ...
Have you heard from the court appeal yet? Is your case similar to mine? I would appreciate if you could share your experience.

Many thanks
