ILR: After completion of 5 Years Under Tier 1 General

Post by zim shaikh » Fri May 22, 2015 7:18 am

Hi

I am going to apply for ILR on the basis of "spent 5 years lawfully under tier 1 (General), I have no issue either scoring points or else, but still i want to make sure, will i have right to appeal in case of refusal ????. As i heard that right to appeal under Tier 1 is no more exist, But i am confused that right of appeal will not given to tier 1 application or ILR applications as well?
