In my SA return I paid tax for 26000.

Income period was 7th march - 8th march and I claimed points for 21400 divident from my company
Paid corporation tax which was about £400 less

My ILR application is due in April 2016

The best course of action would be to contact HMRC and get this corrected and pay the taxes due in retrospect inclusive of fines if any.

That will put you out of any worry.

you just need to do the self assessment. Amend your SA and send to HMRC. Simple

to wory:

Kindly bring all figures in line with HMRC and HO. Not sure about the Ctax issue as your company is closed but in my opinion , its better you have good answer for this action if HO ask you during your application. Have you submitted some figures like company accounts to HO in initial application. Company accounts carry the figures for end of year Ctax ..
Thanks

Ali
