ILR and first entry to UK

Hi Frens
I recently secured tier 1 visa extension in May, I have a question about my PR / ILR application, my extension is now given until Jun 14th 2014, however since I first landed to the uk on 26th jun 2009, do I have to apply for another extension for 10 days? or would I be able to apply for PR /ILR ?

any feedback is really appreciated.

Hi sushdmehta,

I have gone through the FAQs article however just wanted to ask a quick question whether I am eligible to apply for ILR this Dec ?

1st Visa (HSMP) stamped - Jan 2008
First entry into the UK - Feb 2008

Visa extended (TIER-1) - Dec 2010
Valid until - Jan 2013

1st Visa was stamped outside of the UK.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
