ILR BRP received but passport not received

Hi all forum members:
ILR(peo)
application:4th april(2013)(additional doc requested and sent)
BRP received:2nd May,2013
Passport and other docs:Still waiting
We are still waiting for decision letter and passport.I am very worried that it might be lost.
Any help appreciated.

not surprising , they are 2 differnet departments in a way.
You should contact the office immediately.

In your BRP approval letter you will know which PEO it was.

Don't worry. BRP card is sent by a different dept by courier. Documents and Passport would be by Recorded Delivery form the PEO,where you had the interview.Give it till end of this week and contact the PEO.

we applied from croydon PEO,they have asked for supporting documents and they sent us brp card on 2nd may till then everyday we are waiting for passport and other documents.We will wait till the end of this month.we called the enquiries but they told us that they cant have record in their system whiich is less than 6 months.

In brp letter its return return address of Bristol.

Now that you have your BRP Card and the Letter, go to Croydon PEO and ask for your Passport and documents. You will have to take any letter given by the CW. They need to know your Case Number.
