ILR Delayed

Post by swats_1315 » Thu May 28, 2015 3:38 am

Hi,

I applied for ILR SET(O) at croydon on 18th September. After couple of hours of wait I was called and given an acknowledgement letter saying further enquiries need to be done on my application. I am a salaried employee with all the relevant documents. I haven't heard anything from them yet. When I called the customer service last week they told me that once your application needs further enquiries then it falls under postal application category.

Its been 8 months and i don't get response from HO. Its really frustrating.

Happy and congratulations guys who got there ILR recently after long wait.

i think you need to contact them again for the progress.

No need, the OP was granted settled status within a week of writing this post.
