ILR Delayed

Post by Nav786 » Fri Aug 07, 2015 8:55 pm

Hi Everyone,

I have applied my ILR 8 months ago on basis of 10 years long residency.
According to my understanding they might have hold my application due to I have done toeic in the past.

My Solisitor has approached them few time even my local MP has sent them email two weeks ago but still no response.

Can any one kindly advice me what to do next.

Or any one who got ILR with past history of toeic

Many thanks

Same situation here. I applied ILR as my Wife is British Citizen which is 10 and half months before. I submitted IELTS and Trinity College English certificate. I used TOEIC in 2012 when I applied for Spouse Visa . My MP called to HO they replied twice. and Every time same conversation copy and paste ( Still under process)

Post by Nav786 » Wed Sep 02, 2015 7:35 am

Hi guys,

Recently I have applied for ILR LR in December 2014.

After long wait finally I have called in for a interview

With my ILR application I have submitted Ielts

However I have done toeic twice in 2012.

They have asked NI number on decleration form and also asked to bring N.I card with me.

My Solisitor said it's only identical purposes.

Please guys advice will they ask about NI or Toeic

A bit nervous!!

I have invited in Manchester next week.

Is any one gone through this kind of interview.

Thanks for kind help in this matter

@tungha

Thanks for prompt reply.

I have applied as a 10years long residency.

Don't remember if there were a question about my income.

However I was never self employed.

If there were a question in my ILR lr application about salary, then definitely i must put as a salaried. (Employed)

Thanks

Thank you. When have you applied? I mean how lomg before?

The reason they asked your NI to make sure you didnt work more then 20 hours in your term time in last 10 years as they willl check it with HMRC. That is the reason I stronglu believe.

I am also waiting for 11 months. I used TOEIC in 2012 also. I applied under SET(M). I used IELTS and Trinity B1 certificate with my ILR application.
