ILR Discretionary leave to remain

Hi,
I got discretionary leave to remain in 2010 July and after that got extension in july 2013 and now next year I am eligible for PR in July 2016 as I am finishing six years with above status. want to know that how early i can apply for my PR? also will it be easy to get PR?

Only EEA nationals apply for PR.

You may apply for settlement, aka ILR, no earlier than 28 days before the 6th anniversary of the date you were granted discretionary leave in 2010.
