ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Dear Elena1 i did submit my ILR SET(O) application on 10/11/2014 after 10 days of you please when you get something from HO please let me know I will consider my time line.

Just a small question about FLR(O).
A) Does FLR(O) affect visa count (like reduce it to zero)
B)The applicant cannot apply for any other category henceforth.

fyi i sent set o entrepreneur accelerated route on 23 dec fee taken on 29 dec. Received brp letter of 6 jan 2014 brp done 8 jan 2014. Now waiting news...

Hope that gives some timelines for set o applicants. Route of set o applications matter i think.

Great forum and very informative posts from members. Really helpful to track and plan things when the UKBA is so non-transparent in terms of applications. Here's my timeline for my set(0) application from Tier 1 Gen category

Because of my mom's medical situation I had requested to expedite my application on the 5th Jan so it could be that they have processed sooner because of that

Outcome: STILL WAITING! Standard reply on phone telling us our case is still pending/processing.

Points to be noted:
Absences
I did NOT provide any letter from my employers, past or present. I found it unbearably ridiculous and simply could not be bothered.
I sent a low-quality photocopy of the internal holiday form for just 2014 and a few email printouts about business trips over the last 2 years or so.
I supplied absolutely no evidence of my business or private trips from my three previous employers.
I entered the UK on 28 SEP 2009 and was away from the next day (29 SEP 2009) till late November that year for absolutely no professional reason. I was simply drinking every day in Poland. Therefore, I had no evidence to speak of about this period of absence.
I received my EEA2 RC in July 2013 and was using that to leave and enter the UK ever since. So, I've had no UK entry stamps at all since then. I was registered on IRIS scheme on 29 SEP 2009 (lol) and I used it to enter the UK until it was decommissioned. So, I had very few UK entry stamps during that period.

Language
I submitted an expired IELTS certificate with it, which I did NOT use last time or at any time for anything. But, I wrote (using red ink) that the UK degree certificate (PhD) was submitted previously.

Basically, I submitted absolute minimum to make a logical sense.

Hey friends,
I know that this group is helpful to people who are stuck in immigration matters like me. I am going to explain my situation at the moment and suggestions required from all friends.

application sent for ILR (Via Route Tier1 general): 24/05/2014
Letter for bio metric received: 13/06/2014
Bio metrics done: 15/06/2014
Letter sent to Durham address to get the application update: 18/11/2012
Did't get any reply from home office.
Then i sent an email to complaint center On (01/12/14) and received an automated acknowledgement that they have received my email.
Letter received from caseworker to get the information about my reasons for absence from country at 12/12/14 (dated 08/12/14) along with a letter that they will decide my application till 24/02/2015 and if they can't they will write me.
I replied the letter with all evidences on 19/12/14.
I received an email from complaint center at 29/12/2014 that ''they are sorry about the delay and they are collecting all departments reply regarding my application and hopefully will get in next 28 days then they will take decision''.
Its been 20 days since i received the email from complaint center and still no reply.Its been 8 months and i have not yet received any decision to my application.I see other people's timelines that they are getting their ILR in between of 4 and 5 months.I am so panic that why are they not deciding my case and praying days and night for a positive decision(No doubt Allah is greatest). Please at this hard time please i need your suggestions that what should i do now.Yours suggestions really does value to me.
