ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

He applied through set o , sajjuz, when and under which category did u applied?

BIOMETRICS LETTER NOT RECEIVED YET, NEARLY 6 WEEKS SINCE APPLICATION SUBMITTED ?

Hi,

My wife and sister-in-law applied for ILR SET M on 20th Jan. Application received at HO on the 21st Jan and payment taken on the 22nd Jan. We received acknowledgement letter the week after.

However. my sister-in-law received her biometrics letter on the 16th Feb which she has enrolled at the post office.

My wife has not received her Biometrics letter yet even though she submitted at the same time as the sister-in-law.

I rang HO and they said its not been sent out yet. Why would this be? its slightly worrying me. Any info would be appreciated.

Dania we just sent our Set O application last wednesday. Me + 4 dependants.

Hi Dania thks for the update,no i didn't but ill ring them tomorrow,do u have a number for home office please,?,as per my browsing and all posts in few websites most of them got their visa between 3 to 4 months,fingers crossed please keep updating,thks again.

It has been four months and more and still have not heard anything from HO

Contacted the 0300 which some friends mentioned above
they advised need to wait more as application is still undress process

Taking too long now

I don't know why they are taking this long

it was set o my friends sorry I forgot to mention ...... 5 years completion of tier1 with 2 dependents

Biru 1926 i justt called and got to know they decided my case and has been sent in post visa royal mail, when should i expect delivery? Will it be delivered tomorrow or day after? Oh m soo stressed, and is tracking number for BRP? Pr approval letter?

InshaAllah you will hear good news soon. I believe you should receive it by tomorrow, so stay home. The tracking number is possibly for your documents and decision letter. You can go online to the royal mail website:

On this site you can type in the tracking number they gave you on the phone.

I forgot to mention i went through visa checking services so dodnt gave my passport or anything, just photo copies, so m not sure if they send approval letter by signed delivery as well or shud i just expect my BRP to come with tracked delivery

When u confirm about ur application status let us know, m sooo stressed i read everywhere they send 2 parcels to every1 , then y just 1 for me? Do u ppl recieve brp through dx courier or via royal mail??

Last week when I called home office they said they are currently considering October cases. Anyone in same timeline as me with a different opinion? Too much anxiety, hence the query....
