Please find below Timeline.

Set O - Applied on 28 Jan 2015 ( Tier 1 General - 3 year + 2 year )
Confirmation Rec - 07 Feb
Biometric done - 13 Feb

Awaiting Result.

However there was a minor problem in my case. I was short by 14 days in completing 5 years.

Visa Granted - 05 Nov 09
Arrival - 12 Feb 10 ( late by 90 days ) Qualifying 5 years 12 Feb 15
Visa Exp - 29 Jan 15

Have applied on 28th Jan 2015. Hope they consider 14 days short.

My experience is ' How effectively, you've explained your 28 days ' in your covering letter on your Set O. As you have applied have trust. Next step to explain if the caseworker comes back with the question of 28 days. Lets wait and see. If a question comes back write to me and could do some brain storming...

Heedpatel on entrepreneur forum applied on dec 4 for ilr on 3 yr basis thru 5 million turnover route and received the ilr on 20 March. I believe set M is faster than set O. They are working on December cases. You are soon in line.

Please can I have some recent time lines for Postal ILR applications for Dependant Set O. Looks like this tread is hijacked.. lol

I know there is a timeline thread in the sticky but I can't see any recent timestamps. Please can somebody post their timelines.

I have posted my Set O - Dependant ILR form and need to know approx time they are taking now. Thanks.

Document send 17th March
Document recieved by HO 18th March
Payment gone through 19 March
Ack letter recieved 23rd March

Waiting for Biometric....

Home office sent me a letter to do some checks advised they will give me decision until not till 17th of july

my company has been taken over by another new company

CAN I USE THE LETTER FROM THE HOME OFFICE ?

OR DO I HAVE TO CALL HOME OFFICE AND REQUEST TO ISSUE ME A LETTER IN WHICH I HAVE A RIGHT TO WORK ?

I think Set O is faster than Set M because i applied for ILR based on Set M on 27 Jan and I have yet to response from them since i did my Bio-metric 09/02/15 while checking on the google doc, Some individuals who applied on February have gotten their documents and bio-metric card? Did anyone notice this.

That is certainly not the expected answer. In earlier thread clearly it was mentioned that they are replying for December cases so by now they should have started for Jan.

getting a liitle confused here....i applied jan 8th and biometrics done 21st. called HO on tuesday and was told they are consdering feb applications. now, that tallies with the trend on this thread since the last set of updates pointed that january applications were being considered earlier this month...

and if this is so, fingers crossed, there just might be some good news for january applicants sooner.

Can someone give us more Dec Jan applications timelines SPECIFICALLY SET O.

We seem to be relying on call center tel calls. Actual timelines maybe better stats for all.
