Dependent Biometrics requested: 30/01/16
Applicant Biometrics requested: 09/02/16. This after I phoned them and requested it, as it was not received with my dependents. I then received mine and my dependents letter again.
Like and idiot I then lost my request letter and phoned 15/02/16 and requested a new one on 030 0123 2241. They will send me a replacement letter. It may take 15 Working Days, which is very irritating, as I believe my application is probably near to completion.

BRP received - ?

i have submitted my application for ILR (tier 1 G 5 years) on 28th of March. file received 29/01. payment deducted 01 of April 2016.
i have not received Biometric letter or acknowledgement letter up till now.
I received an email from my job HR saying i must have to provide reference number or biometric letter by the end of Monday 11th of April in order to continue my job. i provided them postal receipt along with delivery confirmation and also provide them bank statement showing payment debited from my account by home office.

i might need to call to home office for reference number as my job is at risk.

Any suggestions ?

Hi Wali,

I think postal receipt and bank statement with the money deducted from UKVI should be enough to tell your employer. If your employer is not satisfied then you can show them SET (o) guidelines where it specifically says that you do have your legal right and status as of your current visa status. Also calling HO will be a good idea you can explain them the situation and I am sure they will help you.

But I would definitely read the guidelines and on that basis you can tell your employer. I think your employer will consider this. Good Luck

I notice that since long time no one has got their outcome I mean HO might be took more time to process application specially from T1G to ILR. some forum members application made by October,November still awaiting for results

I don't think, all i can see ppl are not bothered to update their out comes, I have my application under process and seems normal, I have had second email of my case still under process and its been 1 1/2 month so far. projected time line is 3 months so let see..

HI aakhan17, with these matters its hard to predict for any perticular time line. I read that few people got their answers withing 8-10 weeks.

Hi, Its just Employment, met 35k threshold. I used to be self employed on my previous expensions, did amendments and got it updated before applying ILR.

Whats your visa processing center, could you check from your biometric letter, if its processed in sheffield or liverpool, this is just to get an idea in terms of timeline, which center is processing which months at the moment.
