Due referendum in July, all European Nationals in UK who have been in the country for 5 years with continuous resident rule are eligible to apply for ILR via Set(O) route, and they all applying for it before July which is making home office having very heavy back log.

My guts feeling are Home Office processing time for our applications are increasing to 6 months.

I work in a company with a lot of EU nationals they all doing this as well.

Hi
I would like to know my application for ILR on 10 years based was rejected and I was givena right of appeal. I have already submitted an appeal against my visa decision. I have few question

1. my wife is on dependent visa and her visa is going to be expired on 28th June 2016. what will be the procedure of her visa extention and under which category she can apply for her visa coz she is my dependent and I am waiting for my appeal.

2. I have 2 kids and one was born before I submitted my indefinite application and other was born when I submitted an appeal what will happen to their status.

3. how much time court will take to send me court hearing.

please guide me thanks

hi
I am sorry to hear about your refusal could you please share whats the actual wording mention in refusal letter.
And your family is totally dependent on your status until and unless you get your legal status ,I think so they can not apply for further extension.

Hi
thanks for your reply the wording on the letter was

" we have considered your application for indefinite leave to remain and have refused. your human right claim has therefore been refused. if you believe we have made an error you can appeal to the First-Tier Tribunal".

the ILR (10 years) was refused on the bases on of tax return. I have already sent my tax return to rectify the issue with HMRC. I am waiting for the reply from HMRC.

as I have mentioned in my last post I have filled an appeal against the decision. I am still waiting for the reply from Court to send me a case Hearing date.

what is going to be happening with her and kids are she they allowed to stay without extension or what should we do? they all are my dependent.

thanks waiting for reply
