Post by induhere » Thu Apr 24, 2014 4:03 pm

Hi frens,

I am due to apply ILR in June.I have 2queries.

1.English Language Requirement- From the information from website, i got the required points for my degree with the points based caluculator. My degree certificate is sufficient to meet my English Language requirement. Is that correct.

2.Should i specify about a Penality Charge Notice(which i paid off immediately ) that i received, in the application.

Many Thanks
Indu

About penalty charge notice, if you have paid immediately then no need to mention in the form.
You can also confirm with your council if you have any unpaid outstanding penalty which you are not aware of, so that it doesn't get escalated to debt collectors/court. Just to make sure...!
