ilr requirements same as flr?

hi my partner has recently applied for flr (m) extention. our next step will be to get ilr. i was just wondering if the requirements are the same for fl (m)....like me and my partner still have to earn 18600 between us. also that he will have to pass life in the uk and and english test at level b1.

If you mean are the requirements the same for ILR as for FLR(M), then yes they are. £18,600 minimum annual income, B1 level English and a pass in the Life in the UK test.
